Our probiotic face serum is a powerhouse full of amazing ingredients that focus on stimulating and accelerating the recovery of your skin whilst simultaneously strengthening and protecting the skin barrier. It aims to balance your microbiota (skin bacteria), boost hydration, improve skin luminosity, rejuvenate, and protect from free radicals - all to keep your skin youthful and radiant!

Our serum contains some heavy hitters when it comes to nourishing your skin. Some of the key ingredients and their functions are:

Probiotics - Probiotics have been found to boost skin barrier function, aid in skin protection and immunity, reduce inflammation and sooth conditions such as acne, rosacea and even eczema. They can help balance skin pH, rejuvenate and hydrate skin. They have also been found to have anti-ageing properties and may help repair stressed skin and stimulate skin renewal.

Vitamin C - Well known for its antioxidant properties and boosting collagen production, Vitamin C is a big player in anti-ageing. Not only this but it’s great at hydrating, brightening, reducing skin dullness and treating a variety of inflammatory skin conditions.

Hyaluronic acid - Naturally occurring in skin, hyaluronic acid can bind up to 1000 times its weight in water and is known to improve skin elasticity and hydration. Additionally, it encourages healing and communication between cells.

Oat kernel oil - Boasting moisturising and healing properties, Oat kernel oil is a non-greasy, fast absorbing oil, abundant in linoleic acid (omega-6), ceramics, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s great for hydrating the skin, is non-comedogenic (meaning it won’t block your pores) and has been shown to be effective in soothing various skin conditions, such as rashes, burns and even eczema.

Kakadu plum - Home grown in Northern Australian, Kakadu plum has the highest recorded natural amount of vitamin C of any food in the world. It stimulates collagen production and neutralises free radicals, fighting against fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and dull skin.

Aloe Vera - Known for its soothing and cooling properties, aloe Vera contains vitamins A, C and E, salicylic acid and amino acids. Full of antioxidants, it is also known to be an anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing and to boost healing. Naturally containing salicylic acid, it is also a gentle exfoliant.

Grape seed oil - Naturally rich in linoleic acid (omega 6) and antioxidant properties, grape-seed oil is anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. It aids in moisturising, evening out skin tone, soothing acne and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, whilst simultaneously restoring elasticity and protecting skin from environmental damage.
